Terms of Service

Synarchid provides AI-powered infrastructure that extracts, structures, and contextualizes financial information contained in invoices and related documents. Synarchid is an intelligence infrastructure provider — it is not a financial institution, lender, or payment processor.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Access to the Synarchid API is subject to any usage limits, authentication requirements, and technical documentation provided to you. We may modify, restrict, or suspend API access to maintain the stability, security, or integrity of the platform.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any documents or financial information to Synarchid, including any counterparty or third-party information contained within them.

Outputs generated by Synarchid's models — including extracted fields, structured objects, and risk or behavioral signals — are generated automatically and may contain errors or omissions. Outputs are provided as informational infrastructure and should be independently verified before being relied upon for financial, credit, or legal decisions.

The platform may integrate with or rely on third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services outside our control.

You agree not to misuse the platform, including by submitting unlawful content, attempting to reverse-engineer or disrupt the service, or using outputs to make automated financial decisions without appropriate human oversight where required by law.

We maintain reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect the platform and the data processed through it. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security practices within your own systems and integrations.

Synarchid retains all rights to its platform, models, software, and brand. You retain ownership of the documents and data you submit, and of the structured outputs generated from them for your account.

The platform and its outputs are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synarchid will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including decisions made based on AI-generated outputs.

We may suspend or terminate access to the platform for violation of these terms or to protect the security or integrity of the service. You may stop using the platform and close your account at any time.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
