Documents submitted to Synarchid may contain financial information, including amounts, payment terms, counterparty identities, and transaction history. We process this information solely to deliver the financial intelligence outputs you request.

Synarchid does not sell financial information, and does not use it to make lending, credit, or financing decisions on your behalf.

Invoices and related documents submitted through the platform — including PDFs, images, emails, and structured records — are stored and processed to extract and contextualize financial information. Document data is retained according to the terms of your account and applicable retention settings.

Synarchid uses machine learning models to extract, structure, and contextualize information contained in submitted documents. Model outputs are generated based on the content of the documents provided and may not capture every nuance of a given document.

We do not use customer document content to train models shared across unrelated organizations without consent.

We use collected information to operate, maintain, and improve the Synarchid platform, to provide support, to detect and prevent misuse, and to comply with legal obligations.

We do not share your documents or financial data with third parties except: with your explicit direction, with service providers under confidentiality obligations who help us operate the platform, or where required by law.

We apply technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including encryption in transit and at rest, and scoped access controls. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain document data and derived financial objects for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, unless a shorter retention period is requested or a longer period is required by law.

Synarchid may rely on third-party infrastructure and service providers to operate the platform, including cloud hosting and processing services. These providers are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations appropriate to the sensitivity of the information involved.
